About IndieCan JoeHost of IndieCan Radio podcast at www.indiecan.com and member of the Toronto Indie band, THE CHRONICLES (http://www.myspace.com/the.chronicles), I find myself entrenched in both the Toronto indie scene as well as all major Canadian cities . www.indiecan.com brags the best music you've never heard weekly. This one-of-a-kind pod cast includes "live at indiecan" with a feature indie act performing and chatting with our hosts. Industry insiders stop by each episode and talk about their unique perspective on the music business. Either me or other IndieCan hosts spin tunes from coast-to-coast and talk about the local and Canadian scene through the rest of each episode. SIRIUS/XM Satellite Radio THE VERGE plays the latest IndieCan Tuesday. Great indie FM stations across canada give us a spin too. Visit WWW.INDIECAN.COM for over 100 free shows, or connect to us at Myspace and FaceBook. The Chronicles (www.myspace.com/the.chronicles) are part of the old-school rock sound that Toronto is becoming famous for. Lyrical content is clearly contemporary but the back beat is toe-tapping retro. Comparisons to BTO, The Doors, ZZ Top and Iggy Pop are common place. "I love music - writing it, playing it, performing it. I love the music business and I love talking shop with fans, bands and industry insiders."
